In-stock items are eligible for a full refund within 28 days of purchase, providing they are in their original condition. Any customised, made to order or bespoke items are non-refundable. However, we promise to tweak it until you love it.

Our bespoke, unusual jewellery is expertly crafted by our skilled team from ethically sourced materials like recycled platinum and gold.
