About Us
Pruden and Smith is a jewellery gallery and workshops based in the historic Arts and Crafts village of Ditchling, in the heart of the Sussex South Downs National Park.

About the Role
We’re looking for a full-time, experienced goldsmith to join us in delivering
genuinely handmade jewellery to our enthusiastic clientele. Successful applicants can create fine jewellery designs from sheets and wire rather than just assembling cast components. An ability to recycle gold and platinum at the start of the process and stone setting would be helpful, but training can be given. We use laser welding and the graver max in our approach, and again training can be given to an applicant with good basic making skills.

The successful applicant will be hardworking and enthusiastic about being part of the Pruden and Smith team whilst able to focus on their role. They will have good communication and design interpretation skills to work closely with the design team.

Location: Ditchling, 8 miles North of Brighton on the London to Brighton line,
East Sussex.
Salary: Competitive / depending on experience.
Hours: 40 hours per week.
