Diamants taillés à la mine : Le caractère de chaque diamant est révélé en le libérant de sa monture traditionnelle et en créant un sertissage sculpté à la main pour refléter sa véritable forme rocheuse. Chaque bague est unique en fonction de la forme des diamants utilisés. Les diamants taillés à la mine utilisent une méthode appelée « Bruting » avant que les techniques modernes ne soient disponibles pour tailler les facettes parfaites du diamant moderne. Le Bruting consistait à frapper un diamant contre un autre pour essayer de les rendre légèrement facettés et grossièrement ronds et demandait beaucoup d'efforts. Chacun d'eux est un trésor taillé à la main d'une époque moins technique.

- Caractéristiques des diamants : Le poids total en carats des quatre diamants recyclés naturels est d'environ 1 ct. Ils sont blancs et purs à l'œil nu. Étant recyclés, ils ne sont pas accompagnés d'un certificat, mais notre évaluateur interne aura vérifié et classé tous nos diamants recyclés et votre reçu indiquera leur poids en carats, leur couleur et leur classement.

Shipping, Returns & Taxes
All orders are sent via tracked delivery, with in-stock items dispatched within 2–3 working days and made-to-order pieces shipping as soon as they’ve been handmade. If your order includes both an in-stock and a made-to-order item, it will be dispatched together once the made-to-order piece is ready.
Standard UK delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48, 3–5 working days) is £5.99, and express delivery is available for £10 or free on orders over £200 if placed before 1pm (Monday–Friday).
International orders are shipped via an appropriate courier with tracking provided. A flat £30 shipping fee applies to all international orders, which are excluded from our free shipping offer. Prices for international orders are shown excluding UK VAT, and any import duties or local taxes will be calculated at checkout, so you’ll see the full amount before you pay — ensuring there are no unexpected charges when your order reaches customs.
Orders are dispatched on weekdays only, and made-to-order items ship once all pieces are ready.
Click & Collect is available on all orders. We accept returns within 28 days for in-stock and made-to-order items in their original condition. Bespoke, customised, and recycled jewellery are non-returnable but can be modified until you're completely satisfied. Sale items are final sale.
Free Resizing, Polishing & Guarantee
Our jewellery is crafted to last, with up to a 20-year guarantee and free re-polishes. We offer one free ring resizing within three months of delivery and only repair Pruden and Smith pieces. Guarantee periods range from 1 year for chain items to 20 years for platinum, covering repairs or replacements (excluding accidental damage). Bespoke items cannot be returned, but we’ll make adjustments until you’re satisfied. Out-of-warranty pieces can be reconditioned, and we offer redesign services for irreparable items. Care Instructions
