In your appointment you can:

• Order something you’ve seen on our website but have questions about

• Plan a bespoke piece of jewellery

• Plan a piece to be designed using your old jewellery

Your design appointment will be with Rebecca Smith our Creative Director. She will produce sketches and costings for your commission after the appointment. If you have your own materials to be incorporated an inventory of your materials along with an estimated value will be worked out – subject to future testing. Once your costing and design is complete you will be provided with a Quote containing your designs and inventory and pricing options. When you are ready to proceed your bespoke jewellery will be will be made in house by our expert team in our Ditchling Workshops. In some circumstances we may produce a handmade sample or 3D Computer model for you to view before commencing production in platinum or gold.
