Reverse set sapphire gold nugget triple earstuds with a post and scroll fitting.  Reverse setting is where the stone is set with the culet or point upwards. The sapphires in these earstuds measure 3mm and the overall stud width is approximately 6-7mm, length 18mm. Handmade in 9ct yellow, rose or white gold with a gemstone choice.
