Delivery Information

UK Delivery

Delivery times apply to items in stock.

Order Dispatch: If your order includes multiple items and at least one is made to order, the entire order will be dispatched once all items are ready.

Weekday Posting: We only dispatch orders on weekdays. Orders placed after 15:00 on Fridays will be shipped on Monday morning.

Public Holidays: UK public holidays may affect delivery dates. We do not deliver on bank holidays.

Your jewellery will arrive beautifully packaged in our branded jewellery box. All deliveries use a tracked delivery service as follows:

Standard Delivery

• Cost: Free for orders over £75. Orders under £75 cost £5.
• Time: Delivery takes 3-5 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
• Tracking: You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Next Day Delivery

• Cost: £10 or free for orders over £1,000 on UK orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday.
• Time: Orders placed after 1pm, or on weekends or bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.
• Service: We use Royal Mail Special Delivery, requiring a signature upon delivery.
• Tracking: You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

International Delivery (Outside of the UK)

Depending on your order value, we will use an appropriate courier. You will receive an email from them with their name, tracking number, and a link to track your package.

Collection

If you choose to collect your jewellery in-store, you will receive an email once it's ready for collection. In-stock items will be ready in 1-2 days. Made-to-order items will be ready 1-2 days after being handmade by our expert fine jewellers.

VAT

Currently, all items include 20% VAT. We will be incorporating a new tax structure soon for international items. Please note that any duties and taxes due in the destination country are the customer's responsibility.

Returns Information

28-Day Returns for In-Stock & Made-to-Order Items

All in-stock and made-to-order items can be returned within 28 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition. Altered items are non-refundable. Customised, recycled, or bespoke items are non-returnable, but we guarantee to modify them until you are completely satisfied.

Customised, Jewellery Remodelling, or Bespoke Items

We do not offer refunds on customised, recycled, or bespoke items. However, we guarantee to modify them until you are completely satisfied.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. However, if an in-stock or made-to-order item purchased within 28 days is returned, we will refund you. Refunds can take up to 10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Discounted Items

All sale or discounted items are sold as seen and are non-returnable.

Modified Items

Items altered from the time of purchase are not returnable. However, Pruden and Smith items can be modified, including resizing, reshaping, engraving, and attaching to another item.
