The small diamonds (4-5mm) are typically available as stock items, while the larger diamonds (approximately 6mm) are made to commission. Shipping & Returns
All orders are sent via tracked delivery, with in-stock items dispatched within 2-3 working days and made-to-order pieces shipping as soon as they’ve been handmade. We offer free standard UK delivery on orders over £75 (Royal Mail Tracked 48, 3-5 working days) and next-day delivery for £10 or free on orders over £1,000 if placed before 1pm (Monday–Friday). International orders are shipped via an appropriate courier with tracking provided. Orders are dispatched on weekdays only, and made-to-order items ship once all pieces are ready. Click & Collect is available, with in-stock items ready in 1-2 days. We accept returns within 28 days for in-stock and made-to-order items in original condition.
