Shipping & Returns
All orders are sent via tracked delivery, with in-stock items dispatched within 2-3 working days and made-to-order pieces shipping as soon as they’ve been handmade. We offer free standard UK delivery on orders over £75 (Royal Mail Tracked 48, 3-5 working days) and next-day delivery for £10 or free on orders over £1,000 if placed before 1pm (Monday–Friday). International orders are shipped via an appropriate courier with tracking provided. Orders are dispatched on weekdays only, and made-to-order items ship once all pieces are ready. Click & Collect is available, with in-stock items ready in 1-2 days. We accept returns within 28 days for in-stock and made-to-order items in original condition. Free Ring Resizing & Guarantee
Our jewellery is crafted to last, with up to a 20-year guarantee and free re-polishes. We offer one free ring resizing within three months of delivery and only repair Pruden and Smith pieces. Guarantee periods range from 1 year for chain items to 20 years for platinum, covering repairs or replacements (excluding accidental damage). Bespoke items cannot be returned, but we’ll make adjustments until you’re satisfied. Out-of-warranty pieces can be reconditioned, and we offer redesign services for irreparable items. Some repairs carry risks, particularly for fragile gemstones.
