Delivery & Returns
UK Delivery
Delivery times apply to items that are in stock. If your order includes multiple items and at least one is made to order, the entire order will be dispatched once all items are ready. We only dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 3pm on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday. UK public holidays may affect delivery schedules, and we do not ship or deliver on bank holidays.
Your jewellery will arrive beautifully packaged in our branded jewellery box. All deliveries are sent using a tracked service.
United Kingdom
Standard Tracked Delivery, 3 to 5 working days, £5.99 for orders £0.00 to £199.99.
Express Tracked Delivery, 1 to 2 working days, £10.00 for orders £0.00 to £199.99.
Express Tracked Delivery, 1 to 2 working days, free for orders £200.00 and up.

European Union
European Tracked Delivery, £30.00. You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Rest of World
International Tracked Delivery, £30.00. A selected courier will be chosen depending on the destination country to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Collection
If you choose to collect your jewellery in-store, we will email you once it is ready. In-stock items are typically ready in 1 to 2 days. Made-to-order items will be ready 1 to 2 days after they are completed by our workshop.
Change of Delivery Address
You can change your delivery address within two hours of placing your order. Please contact us via live chat, by email at hello@prudenandsmith.com, or by telephone on 01273 846338.
VAT & International Orders
All prices shown on our UK website include 20% VAT. For international customers, this 20% VAT is automatically deducted at checkout. International orders are shipped via an appropriate courier with tracking provided. A flat £30 shipping fee applies to all international orders, which are excluded from our free shipping offer.
Prices for international orders are shown excluding UK VAT, and any import duties or local taxes will be calculated at checkout, so you’ll see the full amount before you pay — ensuring there are no unexpected charges when your order reaches customs.
Returns – Engagement Rings
Engagement rings purchased “as seen” on our website or in-store are covered by an extended 90-day returns policy, giving you extra peace of mind when choosing such an important piece. Rings must be returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify.
Returns – All Other Jewellery
All other jewellery, including in-stock and made-to-order items, can be returned within 28 days of purchase, as long as it is in original condition. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs, but we will refund the full price of the product itself if it is returned in its original condition.
We do not offer refunds on customised, recycled, or bespoke items. However, we are committed to working with you to make any adjustments necessary until your piece is exactly as you want it.
If you return an in-stock or made-to-order item within 28 days, we will issue a refund once the item has been received and checked. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process. However, we are happy to offer a direct exchange for in-stock or made-to-order pieces if the item is returned in original condition — please contact us to arrange this.
All sale or discounted items are sold as seen and are non-returnable.
Items that have been modified after purchase are also non-returnable. However, we are happy to offer services such as resizing, reshaping, engraving, or incorporating your item into a new piece, provided it was originally purchased from Pruden and Smith.
