A square-section wire gives this solid gold bangle its distinctive, contemporary character, available in 2mm, 3mm, 3.5mm or 4mm widths with a hammered texture adding depth to the surface. The wire's square profile refers to the shape of the section, while the bangle itself retains a classic rounded silhouette for comfortable wear. Handmade in your choice of 9ct yellow, rose or white gold, it comes in small (60mm), medium (64mm) or large (68mm) internal diameters.

Bangle fit guide
A full bangle has to pass over your hand before it sits at the wrist, so the hand is what to measure — not the wrist. Cone your hand: thumb tucked into the palm, fingers together. Measure around the widest part.

- Wrap a strip of paper around the coned hand, mark the overlap, then measure it flat.
- If you are between sizes, size up — a snug bangle will not pass the hand.
- Hinged bangles are measured the same way, so they sit like a solid one once closed.
We can make any size to order — a larger bangle uses more metal, so the price changes with the size and we will quote it before you commit. A bangle cannot be resized once it is made, so if you are between sizes, come and be fitted in the Ditchling workshop.
A cuff or torc has an opening at the back, so it never has to pass over your hand — it only has to fit the wrist. Rest your arm flat and measure straight across the widest part of your wrist with a ruler. That measurement is the internal diameter to look for below.

- Use a flat ruler, not a tape measure. The sizes below are measured straight across, not around — a tape wrapped round the wrist will read far too big.
- The opening sits at the back and can be eased a little by hand, so a cuff is more forgiving than a closed bangle.
- If you are between sizes on a wide cuff, size up: the wider the metal, the less it flexes.
