My first visit to Pruden & Smith...but won't be my last. Have been looking for a silver bangle for a birthday present (for me). The range looked extensive & also had different sizes to fit over my large hands. The staff were particularly helpful & pleasant without being pushy. We even had a peek at the workshops. I ordered for the first time from Pruden & Smith and my earrings arrived the following day! By mistake the wrong colour was sent but this was immediately resolved when I contacted customer service. Another pair was posted the next day and a refund for the delivery costs for the item being sent and returned and and I hadn't even sent the original pair back yet. Outstanding service and care for their customers! Not something you receive much of these days.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly and we were treated to a very interesting tour of the shop and facilities. We had my engagement ring resized and my platinum/diamond wedding ring made to my measurements. The timescales they gave were accurate and the pricing was agreed up front. I would definitely go to Pruden & Smith again should I have cause to buy bespoke jewellery again.

We first met the team in 2024 when we ordered a hinged platinum wedding ring. The care and attention to detail given by Rebecca was extraordinary and we were delighted with ring. We promised to return before our first anniversary to order a diamond ring and the result has been spectacular.

Variation on a theme

I ordered this lovely design with a baby pink sapphire which works every bit as well. The ring is super versatile, it looks very elegant on its own, really pretty worn with a diamond eternity ring, and quite splendid with its companion wishbone, also scattered with tiny pink sapphires.
