We bought these earrings for our daughters 18th in December 2025. We had excellent service at the time, guiding us on what they had in our budget and also working out which would be best for her. Somewhere between then and March 2026 she managed to break them sadly. We took them back to see if they could be repaired as we knew their workshop was also there. We expected there would be a wait to find they were happy to exchange them for a new pair… just as easy as that. I think I was a bit stunned at this level of after support, my friend was also amazed. Many thanks for all the attention to detail from start to finish. They have such a lovely shop with beautiful items, we will certainly be back knowing we will be looked after.
