The Pavé Diamond Hinged Ring blends elegance and practicality, and stacks well alongside wedding or eternity rings, or can be worn as a stand-alone piece. Available in either platinum or 18ct yellow gold, it can be made with or without a hinge.
The hinge, made in America by Cliq, is the best mechanism we've found on the market for swollen or arthritic knuckles — it solves the problem of needing a large ring size and the ring swinging around the finger. Ring size is taken with a specially designed hinged sizer, since we need the size below the knuckle; these can be posted to you if you're unable to visit for a fitting, ensuring a secure fit while allowing easy opening and closing with a Cliq stylus.
