The Rose Gold Aquamarine Cabochon Dress Ring is designed to make a bold statement, featuring a large aquamarine set in warm tones of rose gold. The focal stone is a 20mm aquamarine — sizes and shapes vary, and we can send a photo of the available stones to choose from.
