Brazilian rough emeralds keep their natural texture in these square stud earrings, each stone shifting from rich green through to near black as it's cut.
The silver setting has a gold-plated, or vermeil, finish with its own rough hammered surface, echoing the raw character of the gemstone above it. Available in 8mm or 12mm squares, they are held in place with a secure post and scroll fitting.
Made in our Ditchling workshop in Sussex, they sit within the earrings collection. Sold as a pair.

Earring sizes vary far too much by design to put in one table, so the measurements for this pair are in its own description — look under The design. Drops and hoops are given as a length, studs as a diameter.
- Drop length is measured from the top of the fitting to the bottom of the piece, so it includes the hook or post.
- If you would like a pair made shorter, longer or in a different fitting, get in touch before you order.

When will it arrive?
Made-to-order pieces are handmade for you and dispatched as soon as they are ready; the estimated date is shown above the add to cart button. In-stock pieces are dispatched within 2–3 working days, always by tracked delivery.
Delivery, returns and taxes
Standard UK delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48, 3–5 working days) is £5.99. Express delivery is £10, or free on orders over £200 placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday. Orders are dispatched on weekdays only, and Click & Collect is available on every order.
International orders ship by tracked courier for a flat £30. Prices are shown without UK VAT, and any import duties or local taxes are calculated at checkout, so there are no surprises at customs.
We accept returns within 28 days on in-stock and made-to-order pieces in their original condition. Bespoke, customised and recycled pieces can’t be returned, but we will adjust them until you are completely happy. Sale items are final sale. Full delivery and returns details.
Guarantee, resizing and polishing
Our jewellery comes with up to a 20-year guarantee, from 1 year for chain to 20 years for platinum, covering repairs or replacement (not accidental damage). We polish your piece free for life, and resize a ring once for free within three months of delivery. Read our guarantee.
Can I see it in person first?
Yes. Book an appointment at our workshop and gallery in Ditchling, about an hour from London, or a video call with one of our designers. Book an appointment.
Caring for your jewellery
Keep your jewellery away from perfume, hairspray and chemicals such as those in pools or seawater, and store pieces separately so they don’t scratch. For a professional refresh, bring or send it to us for its free polish. Our full care guide.
