Solid 9ct or 18ct yellow gold nuggets, each individually melted and handmade, give this necklace its organic, reticulated surface. As the molten gold cools it shrinks slightly, leaving every 3mm to 6mm bead with its own found, irregular texture. The beads are strung at random along a 49-strand nylon-coated steel wire for strength and durability, and the necklace is available in a 16-inch or 18-inch length. A hallmarked gold 'S' catch finishes the piece securely.
