The Hinged Wedding Band Narrow Platinum has been designed for those seeking both style and practicality.
- Cliq Fit Hinge: Hinged Wedding Band Narrow Platinum incorporates a hinge made in America by Cliq. It's the best mechanism we have found on the market if you have swollen or arthritic knuckles and solves the problem of needing a large ring size and the ring swinging around the finger.
- Secure Fastening: The hinge is opened by a stylus the size of a ballpoint pen nib and is secure once fastened. The Cliq fit hinge is guaranteed for 5 years.
- Ring Sizing: The ring size is taken with a specially designed hinged sizer as we need the size below the knuckle. These can be posted to you if you are unable to visit for a fitting.
- Materials: Choose to have your 3mm wide band made from 14ct or 18ct yellow gold.
Shipping, Returns & Taxes
All orders are sent via tracked delivery, with in-stock items dispatched within 2–3 working days and made-to-order pieces shipping as soon as they’ve been handmade. If your order includes both an in-stock and a made-to-order item, it will be dispatched together once the made-to-order piece is ready.
Standard UK delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48, 3–5 working days) is £5.99, and express delivery is available for £10 or free on orders over £200 if placed before 1pm (Monday–Friday).
International orders are shipped via an appropriate courier with tracking provided. A flat £30 shipping fee applies to all international orders, which are excluded from our free shipping offer. Prices for international orders are shown excluding UK VAT, and any import duties or local taxes will be calculated at checkout, so you’ll see the full amount before you pay — ensuring there are no unexpected charges when your order reaches customs.
Orders are dispatched on weekdays only, and made-to-order items ship once all pieces are ready.
Click & Collect is available on all orders. We accept returns within 28 days for in-stock and made-to-order items in their original condition. Bespoke, customised, and recycled jewellery are non-returnable but can be modified until you're completely satisfied. Sale items are final sale.
Free Ring Resizing & Guarantee
Our jewellery is crafted to last, with up to a 20-year guarantee and free re-polishes. We offer one free ring resizing within three months of delivery and only repair Pruden and Smith pieces. Guarantee periods range from 1 year for chain items to 20 years for platinum, covering repairs or replacements (excluding accidental damage). Bespoke items cannot be returned, but we’ll make adjustments until you’re satisfied. Out-of-warranty pieces can be reconditioned, and we offer redesign services for irreparable items. Care Instructions
Our jewellery is made to last, but proper care will help preserve its beauty. Avoid contact with perfumes, hairsprays, sweat, and chemicals (such as in pools or the sea) to prevent tarnishing. Store jewellery in an airtight container when not in use and keep pieces separate to avoid scratches. Avoid storing jewellery near heat, moisture, or direct sunlight.
