Some people like the fact that the diamonds are still quite large, but some like them set into the ring more, so they don’t catch. They can be channel set, flush set, pavé or however you would like the eternity ring. They can be set all round the ring, set in a twist, you could have two rows of diamonds in your eternity ring.
