Choosing a Bangle
Finishes are where each bangle gets its character: smooth-polished or our signature hand-hammered surfaces, struck facet by facet at the bench so no two are alike. Silver starts at £99; gold and gem-set pieces range upward from there.
Each one is hallmarked and covered by our guarantee — two years on silver, ten on gold — with free re-polishing for as long as you own it.
Frequently Asked Questions
Should I choose a gold or silver bangle?
Silver is the accessible everyday choice, from £99, and takes our hand-hammered textures beautifully. Gold brings warmth and weight — in yellow, white or rose — and mixed-metal designs give you both. All are forged solid, so the decision is colour and budget rather than quality.
Are your bangles solid or hollow?
Solid, always — every bangle is forged from solid silver or gold bar in our Sussex workshop. We don't sell hollow or rolled bangles, which is why they carry real weight on the wrist and can be re-polished for life.
How do I find my bangle size?
Tuck your thumb into your palm and measure around the widest part of your hand with a soft tape measure — that's the minimum circumference your bangle needs to slip over. If you're between sizes or unsure, contact our Ditchling workshop and we'll help you choose.
Can I wear several bangles together?
Stacking is half the pleasure — mixing silver and gold, smooth and hammered, slim rounds against wider cuffs. Because each of ours is hand-forged, a stack builds texture no mass-made set can match. Many customers add one a year.
