Choosing Gold Stud Earrings
Most designs come in 9ct or 18ct gold in yellow, white or rose, and many can be made to order in your preferred metal. Prices run from around £75 for dainty gold studs to over £3,000 for diamond clusters, with most pairs between £100 and £500.
Every pair is made in Ditchling, Sussex by our own goldsmiths — from a workshop that has been making jewellery by hand for over thirty years. Solid gold pieces are fully hallmarked.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are your gold stud earrings solid gold or gold-plated?
Most of our gold stud earrings are solid 9ct or 18ct gold, and we also offer a small number of gold-plated designs at more accessible prices. The metal is always stated clearly on each product page, and solid gold pieces are hallmarked in line with UK law.
Can I choose the gold carat and colour?
Many designs are available in both 9ct and 18ct gold, in yellow, white or rose. Most pieces are made to order in our Sussex workshop, so if you'd like a design in a different carat or colour, contact us and we can usually accommodate it.
Do gold stud earrings come with a guarantee?
Yes — our gold jewellery carries a ten-year guarantee, and we offer free re-polishing for the life of the piece. Every pair is handmade in our Ditchling workshop and built for everyday wear.
Which gemstones feature in your gold stud earrings?
Alongside diamonds and pearls (classic, baroque and keshi), you'll find lapis lazuli, rough-cut emerald, peridot, ruby zoisite, black onyx druzy and tourmaline — many in rough or hand-cut forms you won't find on the high street.
